I bring over 15+ years of hands-on experience at the LEGO Group, where I led teams and worked across innovation strategy, international marketing and new business development. My experience includes developing and scaling new businesses, including LEGO Ideas, LEGO Architectue, growing established business portfolios and building the organisational capabilities needed to turn innovation into business results.

Today, I work with founders and business leaders exploring growth opportunities, facing important strategic choices or who need to rethink how their business operates. I also bring experience from advising and mentoring entrepreneurs across international innovation and accelerator programmes.
